Doge Idle Mining Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10-29. Effective from October 19, 2026.
This is a translation. If there is any difference from the Spanish version, the Spanish version applies.
This is the privacy policy of Doge Idle Mining, the Android game that simulates DOGE mining on the Moon, with pixel art pets.
Here we tell you what data of yours the game stores, what for, who else sees it, how long it's kept and how to ask for it to be deleted. It's written for players aged 14 and up. If something isn't clear, ask us at support@dogecoin.cloud.
1. The 6 main points
- The game is a mining simulation: your phone doesn't mine anything.
- We store your email, your nickname, your country, your phone model and what you do in the game. If you save it, we also store your BSC address (BEP20), and your DOGE requests.
- We use this data to make the game work, to stop cheating and for ads. We don't sell it.
- Other players only see your nickname, your country, your level with the season's top dog and your streak. And only if you're in the top 100.
- We don't ask for your GPS location, your contacts, your photos, your camera or your microphone. We only ask for permission for the top dog notifications, and you can say no.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can delete your account.
2. Who takes care of your data
In this policy, "we" means whiteC, the person who created and runs Doge Idle Mining. whiteC is a person (not a company) who lives in Peru and is responsible for your data under Law 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law.
- Developer name on Google Play: whiteC
- Email for privacy matters: support@dogecoin.cloud
This policy applies to the Android app and to the dogecoin.cloud website.
3. What data we store and what for
3.1 What you give us when you create your account
- Your email: To sign in with the 6-digit code or with Google. If you sign in both ways with the same email, it's the same account. · Required? Yes
- Your nickname: It's your name on the leaderboard. It must be unique. · Required? Yes
- Your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and of this policy (date and versions), with a single checkbox: To know which versions you accepted and that you confirmed you're 14 or older. · Required? Yes
- Date of your last nickname change: To let you change it once every 5 days. · Required? Stored automatically
3.2 What comes from your phone and your connection
The app lets the Moon Station (the game's server) know every time you open the game or come back to it.
- Your country (2 letters, for example "PE"): It's detected only once, when you create your profile, using your connection's IP address (the number that identifies your internet connection). It's shown on the leaderboard and is used to prevent accounts from being created in blocked countries. Your IP isn't stored in the game's tables. Supabase, the account system, does store the IP and the name of the app and of the phone's operating system you signed in with, to keep your session safe (section 11).
- Your phone model (brand, model and Android version): Account records and anti-cheat checks. Only the latest one is stored.
- A code from your phone: It's a "fingerprint" calculated from your phone's Android identifier. It isn't that identifier, or your phone number, or the IMEI, but it always comes out the same on the same phone and stays linked to your account. We store when it was first and last used. It's used so that only one account per phone counts on the leaderboard and to notice if there are several accounts on the same phone. If we close your account for cheating, or if you delete your account, from the app or by email, while you're off the leaderboard for confirmed cheating, we keep the code on its own, without your account, for 12 months (section 7).
- Whether you have a VPN on (yes or no): A VPN is an app that hides where you're connecting from. The app only asks Android whether the connection is a VPN; it doesn't see what you do with it. With a VPN you can mine and feed the top dog, but you don't appear on the leaderboard until 7 days after you stop using it.
- Your phone's time zone (for example, "America/Lima"): For anti-cheat checks (section 7).
- The language you use the app in (Spanish, English or Portuguese): To send you the email with the code in your language.
- How you signed up (email or Google), when you created the account and when you last opened the game: Account records and anti-cheat checks.
3.3 What you do in the game
- Your mining sessions: when each one started and ended, the mining power, the output, the bonuses (including the one from your level with the top dog), the pets you used, the combo and how the session was activated.
- Your pets: which ones you have, when and how you got them (free, in the shop or bought) and which ones you have equipped.
- Your biscuits: how many you have and every time they come in or go out.
- What you do with the season's top dog: each dish you give it and when, the XP it gave you, your level, your streak, the medals from the seasons that ended and whether you already got the kitchen's welcome gift.
- Your expeditions: which ones you sent, when they left and came back, which pets went, which ingredient you chose and what they brought (ingredients or DOGE), the zones you unlocked and your slots.
- Your kitchen: your kitchens and their level, the pet you put in each one, your recipes, what you cooked and when, and what you have in your BACKPACK and in DISHES.
- Your missions: which ones you claimed, on which days you completed the combo, and at what time you entered the game for the first and for the last time in the day (for the mission about coming back; it is replaced every day).
- The ads you watched all the way through: the notice that you watched it (section 8), with its number, the ad unit, the network that showed it, the time and what it was used for (activating mining, a free pet or a mission).
- Your nickname reports: which nickname you reported and when. The reported player doesn't know who reported them. If another player reports your nickname, we store that report with your account, without telling you who made it.
- Game messages: which ones you saw and when. If we write a message just to you (for example, to tell you about an action taken for cheating and the reason for it), we also store that message.
All of this is used to make the game work: the Moon Station calculates what you mine, builds the leaderboard and checks that nobody cheats.
3.4 If you write to us
If you write to support@dogecoin.cloud, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you.
3.5 If you buy something
The payment is handled by Google Play: we don't see your card or your payment details. For each purchase we store what you bought, the date, the Google Play order number, the receipt Google Play uses to confirm the payment to us, and how it ended up (delivered, pending or refunded). We use it to deliver what you bought, to avoid delivering it twice and to apply refunds. It's stored as long as your account exists and is deleted with it.
3.6 If you save your address or request DOGE
It's optional. If you do, we store:
- Your BSC address (BEP20): the one you type in Profile. It's used to know where to send the DOGE you request.
- Your DOGE requests: the amount, the address and the nickname you had at that time, when you made the request, how it ended up (pending, sent or not sent) and when. The administrator can add a note to your request.
Before deciding whether to send it, the administrator sees, next to your request, your country, your suspicion score, whether you used a VPN and whether other accounts use the same address (section 7).
4. What we don't collect
- Your GPS location. (Your country comes from your connection, and only once.)
- Your real name: the game doesn't ask for it or use it. (If you sign in with Google, Supabase stores the name Google sends; see section 9.)
- Your date of birth, your phone number or your phone's IMEI.
- Your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone, SMS or calls.
- Card or bank account details.
We also don't use analytics or error-reporting tools.
Notifications on your phone. The app only sends notifications to your phone if you give it permission, and for now only one: the one saying the season's top dog is hungry, at most 1 a day and never at night (based on your phone's time). That notification is set up by the app on your own phone: to send it, we don't store any new data or pass it on to anyone. You can turn it off with the NOTIFICATIONS switch in SETTINGS (the gear icon in Profile) or remove the permission in your phone's settings.
And your phone doesn't mine anything: the game doesn't use your phone's processor to mine cryptocurrency. The mining is a calculation done by the Moon Station.
5. What happens if you don't want to give us some data
- Without an email, a nickname and acceptance of the Terms and of this policy, the account can't be created.
- The phone and connection data is sent by the app automatically. It's needed to play and to protect the leaderboard. If you don't want it to be used, don't use the game.
- Ads: before you watch them, the app tells you how many you'll see and asks you. If you tap DECLINE, nothing happens. But without ads, mining isn't activated and you can't get the free common pet.
- You can delete or change the advertising ID in Android settings (section 8). The game keeps working.
- Top dog notifications are optional: if you don't give permission or you turn them off, the game works the same.
- Your BSC address is optional: without it you can't request DOGE, and the game works the same.
- Writing to us is optional.
6. What other players see
On the season's top dog leaderboard, for each player in the top 100 you can see:
- their rank and nickname;
- their country in 2 letters (for example, "PE");
- their level with the top dog (that level's medal) and their streak.
If you're not in the top 100, only you can see your rank.
Your email, your phone model, your mined DOGE, your BSC address, your DOGE requests, your suspicion score, your account's internal code, your expeditions, your BACKPACK, your DISHES and your kitchens are never shown.
You don't appear on the leaderboard if your profile is incomplete, if you used a VPN in the last 7 days, if your suspicion score is 60 or more, if another account used your phone before yours did, if you use the phone of an account we closed for cheating, or of an account its owner deleted while it was off the leaderboard for confirmed cheating (section 7), or if the administrator removed you from the leaderboard for confirmed cheating.
One detail: when you choose a nickname, if it already exists, the app says "That nickname is already taken". In other words, anyone can find out whether a nickname exists.
Tip: don't put your real name or other personal details in your nickname.
7. Anti-cheat checks and suspicion score
The Moon Station checks some signals on its own and gives each account a suspicion score from 0 to 100. Peruvian law calls this "automated decision-making" and "profiling", and that's why we're telling you about it.
Signals that are checked:
- trying to activate mining after the 16-hour limit of the game day;
- trying to activate mining many times without any confirmed ad;
- activating mining again as soon as the previous session ends, several times in the same day;
- playing times that look like they come from an automated program and not a person (measured with your phone's time);
- several accounts on the same phone;
- using a VPN.
Also, if an account only activates mining and does almost nothing else in the game, the administrator sees it in order to look into it, but that doesn't add points.
If you request DOGE, the administrator also sees whether other accounts use the same BSC address as you. That doesn't add points either: the administrator looks at it before deciding whether to send.
Each signal adds points, at most once per game day. The score goes down with each day without new signals. The VPN flag is removed automatically after 7 days without a VPN.
What happens depending on the score:
- 0 to 29: Nothing.
- 30 to 59: Your account is placed under watch in the administrator's panel.
- 60 to 89: You're removed from the leaderboard and your account is flagged for review.
- 90 to 100: You're removed from the leaderboard and the administrator sees an alert with the reason.
- Mining never pauses on its own. A person reviews the account and decides. If they confirm cheating, they can keep you off the leaderboard, take away what you got by cheating or, if it's serious or happens again, close your account (it's deleted with everything, as in section 17, except your phone's code). Before taking something away from you or closing your account, we'll let you know with a message inside the app, with the reason (Terms and Conditions, section 5).
- If we close your account for cheating, or if you delete your account, from the app or by email, while you're off the leaderboard for confirmed cheating, we keep your phone's code (section 3.2) for 12 months, without your email, your nickname or anything else from your account. It's only used so that phone can't get back on the leaderboard with another account: you can play with it, but without appearing on the leaderboard. We don't share it, and it's deleted automatically after 12 months. If your account was used on more than one phone, we keep the code of each one.
- On the top dog screen, the app tells you if you don't appear on the leaderboard and why.
- The administrator can clear your score. The signal history stays stored anyway.
- If you think it's a mistake, write to us at support@dogecoin.cloud. A person will review your case.
8. Ads (Google AdMob and Unity)
The game's ads are rewarded ads from Google AdMob and Unity. They're only shown when you tap a button and accept in the notice window.
What we send to Google: your account's internal code. It's a random code: it isn't your email or your nickname. With it, Google lets the Moon Station know that you watched the whole ad.
While the game is in testing, the ads may be Google demo ads (they say "Test Ad"). For those, Google doesn't send that notice: it's the app that lets the Moon Station know you watched the whole ad.
What Google collects on its own. The Google ad component inside the app collects, according to Google:
- the IP address;
- the Android advertising ID and the "app set ID" (phone codes used for ads);
- how you interact with the ads;
- technical data about how it works (diagnostics).
Google uses this data to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, and sends it encrypted. We don't control that part.
What Unity collects on its own. Unity's ad component collects data similar to Google's: your approximate location, the advertising ID, how you interact with ads and technical data. More information: Unity's privacy policy.
Cookies and other identifiers. The game doesn't use its own cookies. But Google and its ad partners may store and read cookies, and use "web beacons" (invisible markers that signal when an ad is seen), the IP address and other phone identifiers, like the advertising ID.
More information from Google: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Ads for your age. We ask Google only for ads rated "PG" or milder.
Ads based on your interests. Google and Unity may choose ads based on your interests (personalized ads), using what they know from your phone and from other apps. If you don't want this, you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings (usually in Settings > Google > Ads, or in Settings > Privacy > Ads): you'll keep seeing ads, but they won't be chosen based on your interests, and the game stays the same.
In Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google asks you first whether you accept ads based on your interests. If you say no, you can still play.
9. Signing in with Google
If you sign in with your Google account, Google gives our provider Supabase your email, your Google account number and, if your Google account has them, your name and your profile picture. Supabase stores them with your account.
- We use only your email and your Google account number, to know which account is yours.
- Your name and your picture stay stored, but the game doesn't use them, doesn't show them to anyone and doesn't use them for ads.
- We don't pass them on to anyone.
- Google knows that you used your Google account to sign in to Doge Idle Mining.
You can remove the game's access from your Google account settings. That doesn't delete your game account: for that, see section 17.
10. Who else sees your data
We don't sell or rent your data. Only the services that make the game work receive it. Google AdMob and Unity also use what their ad components collect for their own purposes, including ads based on your interests (section 8).
- Supabase (Supabase Pte. Ltd.): Database, accounts and Moon Station functions · What data it receives: Everything in sections 3 and 7 · Where: Brazil (São Paulo). Its support and its technical logs, in the United States and Singapore
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): Supabase's provider: it sits in front of the Moon Station and protects the connections · What data it receives: Your IP on each connection (that's where your country comes from) · Where: United States and Europe. Your connection goes through its nearest center
- Google AdMob (Google LLC): Ads · What data it receives: Your account's internal code and what its ad component collects (section 8) · Where: United States and other countries where Google has data centers
- Unity (Unity Technologies): Ads · What data it receives: Your account's internal code and what its ad component collects (section 8) · Where: United States and other countries where Unity has data centers
- Google, Sign in with Google (Google LLC): Sign-in · What data it receives: That you signed in to the game with your Google account · Where: United States and other countries where Google has data centers
- OVH (OVH US LLC): Rented server that runs the service that sends you the email with the code, and the dogecoin.cloud website · What data it receives: Your email and the 6-digit code. If you visit the website, your IP · Where: United States
- ImprovMX (ImprovMX Incorporated): Receives the emails sent to support@dogecoin.cloud and forwards them · What data it receives: Your email and your message · Where: United States and the European Union
- Gmail (Google LLC): Inbox where we read the support emails · What data it receives: Your email and your message · Where: United States and other countries where Google has data centers
- Expo (650 Industries, Inc.): App updates that skip Google Play, once they are active · What data it receives: When you open the app: your IP, your phone's operating system and a random code to know whether you already downloaded the update · Where: United States
- Google Play (Google LLC): Charges for purchases and confirms to us that they were paid · What data it receives: Your account's internal code and your purchase's code. You give your payment details to Google yourself: we don't see them · Where: United States and other countries where Google has data centers
All of these services are outside Peru: your data leaves the country only because that's needed to provide the game to you, as Law 29733 (article 15) allows.
Address of each provider:
- Supabase Pte. Ltd.: 65 Chulia Street #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.
- Google LLC: 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States.
- Unity Technologies: 116 New Montgomery Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States.
- OVH US LLC: 11950 Democracy Drive, Suite 300, Reston, VA 20190, United States.
- ImprovMX Incorporated: 8 The Green, STE D, Dover, DE 19901, United States.
- 650 Industries, Inc.: 624 University Ave, FL1, Palo Alto, CA 94301, United States.
If we add a new provider that receives your data, we'll add it to this list before it starts, as a change to this policy (section 18).
Some game news include a link to an outside page (for example, our website dogecoin.cloud). We warn you before opening it, and your phone's browser opens it: that page has its own rules, and we don't see what you do there.
We would only hand over your data to an authority if the law requires us to (for example, with a court order).
Only the game's administrator sees account data, to answer support requests and protect the leaderboard. The panel doesn't show your email, and every change the administrator makes is logged.
11. How long we keep your data
- Your email, if you asked for the code and never entered it: 7 days
- Your account, your session and everything in the game: As long as your account exists. If you don't open the game for 24 months, we delete it with everything. If you delete it yourself, it's deleted right away (section 17).
- Your purchases (what you bought, the date, the order number and the receipt): As long as your account exists: they are deleted with it
- The 6-digit code: Expires in 1 hour
- Technical logs of the game's services and of the website: Up to 4 weeks
- Emails to support: Up to 1 year after your case is closed
- Your BSC address: Until you remove it or your account is deleted
- Your DOGE requests: As long as your account exists: they're deleted with it. What has already been sent stays on the BSC network, which is public and doesn't depend on us
- The phone code of an account closed for cheating, or of an account its owner deleted while it was off the leaderboard for confirmed cheating: 12 months from when the account was closed or deleted; after that the code is deleted automatically (section 7)
- What's stored on your phone: Until you sign out or uninstall the app. What the phone remembers about NOTIFICATIONS, until you delete your account or uninstall the app (section 13)
12. How we protect your data
- The phone doesn't decide anything. The Moon Station calculates everything you mine. The phone only shows it and never sends how much it mined.
- Each player sees only their own data. From the app, nobody can read another account's data or change their own directly: everything goes through Moon Station functions that check each request.
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the app and the Moon Station.
- No passwords. You sign in with a code that expires in 1 hour or with Google.
- The phone code is a fingerprint, not the real identifier.
- Panel with limited access. Only authorized administrators can get in, with email and code. It doesn't show emails and it logs every change the administrator makes.
Don't share your 6-digit code with anyone. Nobody from the game will ask you for it.
If there's a data breach that affects you, we'll notify you and the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales) within 48 hours at most, and we'll tell you what you can do.
13. What stays stored on your phone
- Your session, so you aren't asked for the code every time you open the game. It includes your email and, if you signed in with Google, what Google sent from your account (section 9).
- The SOUND, ANIMATIONS and NOTIFICATIONS switches in SETTINGS (the gear icon in Profile).
- The language you chose for the app.
- The top dog notifications that the app has set up for the next few days, if you gave it permission.
The session and the notifications that were set up are deleted, and NOTIFICATIONS goes back to OFF, when you tap SIGN OUT or delete your account. The phone remembers whether that account had NOTIFICATIONS ON or OFF, so it doesn't ask you again when you sign back in. When you delete your account from the app, that is deleted too. When you uninstall the app, everything is deleted from your phone.
Heads up: if you have Android backup turned on, Google may store a copy of this in your Google account and restore it if you install the game again.
14. Android permissions
- Internet and network state: Connecting to the Moon Station and knowing whether a VPN is on.
- Keeping the phone awake: Requested by components that the app uses: Google's ad component, the one for the top dog notifications and the one for the game's sounds.
- Audio settings: The game's sounds.
- Advertising ID and Android ad features: Added by Google's and Unity's ad components (section 8).
- Showing notifications: The notification that the top dog is hungry. The app asks you first, and on newer phones Android asks too. If you say no, the game works the same.
- Setting up notifications again when the phone restarts: So the top dog notification isn't lost if you turn off your phone.
- Google Play billing: Buying biscuits or a mythic pet with Google Play. Added by the purchases component.
- Continuing to run while you use another app, using the fingerprint reader and knowing where the app was installed from: Added by third-party components that the app uses (for example, Google's). The game doesn't use them.
The game does not ask for the microphone (it's blocked on purpose), location, camera, contacts, photos or files.
15. Minors
- The game is for people 14 years old or older. We don't ask for your date of birth: you confirm it when you accept the Terms and Conditions.
- If you're between 14 and 17 years old, Peruvian law lets you accept this policy yourself, as long as it's written so you can understand it. That's why we wrote it this way. If you want, read it with your dad, your mom or your guardian.
- To buy with real money and to request DOGE, you need permission from your dad, your mom or your guardian.
- We won't give you biscuits, pets or anything else in the game in exchange for accepting uses of your data that aren't needed to play.
- If we find out that an account belongs to someone under 14, we delete it with all its data. If you're a dad, mom or guardian and you think your son or daughter under 14 has an account, write to us at support@dogecoin.cloud.
16. Your rights
Under Peruvian law, you can:
- Know what data of yours we have and what for (rights of information and access).
- Correct any data that's wrong (rectification). For example, if your country was detected wrong.
- Ask for it to be deleted (cancellation).
- Object to it being used for something.
- Take back your permission (revoke your consent) whenever you want, without giving reasons. Since your data is needed to play, taking it back means deleting your account.
- Ask for a copy of your data to take it somewhere else (portability).
- Ask for a person to review an automatic decision, like being left off the leaderboard.
How to ask: write to support@dogecoin.cloud from your account's email address, with your nickname and what you need. If you can no longer use that email address, in addition to your nickname we'll ask you for account details that aren't visible in the game, like roughly when you created it, which pets you have and how many biscuits you have.
It's free. We reply within these time limits, in business days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays or holidays):
- Information: 8 business days
- Access to your data: 20 business days
- Correcting, deleting or objecting: 10 business days
If we need more time (except for information requests), we'll let you know. We can only extend the time limit once.
If we don't reply or you don't agree with the reply, you can file a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (on its platform "Yo cuido mis datos personales") or with the Judiciary, through a process called habeas data, which is used to protect your data.
You can change your nickname yourself once every 5 days.
You can change or remove your BSC address yourself in Profile while requests are open. If they're closed, write to us and we'll remove it.
17. How to delete your account
From the app (right away): go to Profile, tap SETTINGS (the gear icon at the top right), tap "DELETE MY ACCOUNT", type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted at that moment.
If you no longer have the app: write to support@dogecoin.cloud from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my account" and your nickname. We delete it within 10 business days and reply to you by email. These same steps are at https://dogecoin.cloud/en/delete-account.
What gets deleted: everything linked to your account. Your email, your nickname, your profile, your sessions, your pets, your biscuits, your missions, what you fed the top dog and your level with the top dog, your BSC address, your DOGE requests, the ads you watched, your messages (the ones you saw and the ones we wrote just to you), your phone's code (unless we closed your account for cheating, or you deleted your account, from the app or by email, while you were off the leaderboard for confirmed cheating: section 7), your suspicion signals and your rejected attempts.
What stays:
- The log of the administrator's actions, without any data that identifies you.
- The emails you sent to support (including the deletion request), for the period in section 11.
- The providers' technical logs, until their periods expire (section 11).
- If we closed your account for cheating, or you deleted it, from the app or by email, while you were off the leaderboard for confirmed cheating: your phone's code, for 12 months (section 7).
- What we already sent you: it stays recorded on the BSC network, which is public and doesn't depend on us.
Heads up: deleting your account can't be undone. You lose your pets, your biscuits, your level with the top dog and your mined DOGE, including anything you bought. If you had a pending DOGE request, it won't be sent. If you later create an account with the same email, you start from zero.
Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
18. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll let you know with a message inside the app 15 days before it takes effect, and we'll tell you what's changing. If the change needs your permission, we'll ask you for it again. At the top you'll always see the version and the date.
