Doge Idle Mining Terms and Conditions
Version 2026-10-29. Effective from October 19, 2026.
This is a translation. If there is any difference from the Spanish version, the Spanish version applies.
These are the rules for using Doge Idle Mining, the Android game that simulates DOGE mining on the Moon, with pixel art pets.
The game is offered by whiteC, an individual (not a company) who lives in Peru. In this text, we refer to whiteC as "we". Contact: support@dogecoin.cloud.
When you check the box "I've read and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy" while creating your profile, you accept these rules. We save the date and the version you accepted.
1. It's a simulation
- Doge Idle Mining is a game that simulates Dogecoin mining on the Moon.
- Your phone doesn't mine anything. The mining is a calculation done by the game's server (the "Moon Station"). Your phone only shows it.
- In the app you'll see this notice: "Simulation of DOGE mining on the Moon, with pets."
- Doge Idle Mining is an independent game: it has no connection with the Dogecoin Foundation. Its pets are the game's own original drawings.
2. Who can play
- To create an account, you must be 14 years old or older. You confirm this when you accept these terms.
- If we find out that an account belongs to someone under 14, we delete it.
- If you're between 14 and 17, you need permission from your dad, your mom or your guardian to buy with real money and to request DOGE (section 4.6). We recommend reading these terms with them.
- The game is for Android phones.
3. Your account
- You sign in with your email and a 6-digit code, or with Google. If you use the same email, it's the same account.
- Your profile needs a unique nickname, which is your name on the leaderboard:
- 3 to 15 characters: letters without accents or ç (ñ is allowed), numbers and "_", no spaces;
- it can't be the same as one that already exists, even with different capital letters;
- no swear words or restricted names (like "admin" or "support");
- no pretending to be the game team or another person;
- you can change it once every 5 days.
- Your country is detected automatically from your connection when you create your profile. You don't choose it or change it. If you think it was detected wrong, write to us.
- Keep your account safe: don't share your 6-digit code. Nobody from the game will ask you for it.
- If a nickname breaks these rules, we'll change it to a generic one (for example, "Minero4821") and let you know with a message inside the app.
- To report a nickname: in Profile, tap SETTINGS (the gear icon) and then REPORT A NICKNAME, or write to support@dogecoin.cloud with the nickname.
4. How the game works
4.1 The game clock
- Everything changes at 6:00 PM Peru time: the daily combo, the shop, the free common pets, the daily missions and the top dog's cravings (section 9).
- The season changes on the last day of each month at 6:00 PM: the new pets arrive.
- The top dog lasts 60 days. When it changes, at 6:00 PM, a new top dog arrives and the levels and the leaderboard start over (section 9).
- The server's time counts, not your phone's. The shop shows you how much time is left until the change.
4.2 Mining
- You tap MINE. Before that, a window lets you know that you'll watch 1 ad to start mining.
- Each session lasts 1 hour, plus whatever your Time pets add. Power pets raise the KH/s, and your level with the top dog raises them too (section 9).
- A pet that's on an expedition doesn't mine until it comes back (section 4.7).
- You can mine up to 16 hours per game day. If a session goes over that limit, it gets cut short. If a session crosses 6:00 PM, its hours count toward the day it started.
- You need internet to start mining. After that, the session keeps going at the Moon Station even if you close the app or lose signal.
- There's only one session at a time. When it ends, the DOGE is added automatically to your MINED total.
4.3 Pets
- Each pet is either Time (makes the session longer) or Power (raises the KH/s). You have 2 slots: one of each type.
- They're permanent: once you get one, it's yours for as long as your account and the game exist, except for what section 5 (Fair play) says. You can only have each pet once.
- They're swapped between sessions, not during a session. If you get one while you're mining, you can equip it in the next one.
- Pets come in seasons. The shop shows only the ones from the current season, but the ones you already have from past seasons keep working.
- Your pets can also go on expeditions (section 4.7). While a pet is traveling, it doesn't mine or go on another expedition.
4.4 Daily combo
Each day there's a combo of 2 pets. If you equip both, each pet's bonus goes up by 50%. A mythic of the same type can replace either one, unless it's on an expedition. The combo is optional.
4.5 Missions
Missions give biscuits and can change over time. The biscuits from each mission are claimed with the CLAIM button. If you don't claim them before 6:00 PM, they're lost.
4.6 Requesting DOGE
- In Profile you can save your BSC address (BEP20) and tap REQUEST DOGE. It's only shown when requests are open: we open and close them when we decide to.
- The request is for your entire MINED total at that moment. There's a minimum, which the app shows you and which can change.
- When you make a request, that DOGE comes out of your MINED total and your request stays pending. You can only have 1 pending request at a time.
- Sending isn't guaranteed. We review each request and decide whether it's sent. We'll answer you within 30 days at most: if it isn't sent, that DOGE goes back to your MINED total.
- If it's sent, the amount in your request goes as DOGE on the BSC network (BEP20) to the address you had saved when you made the request. Check your address carefully: anything sent to the wrong address can't be recovered.
- In Profile you can see how your request turned out: pending, sent or not sent.
4.7 Expeditions
- In the Kitchen tab, in EXPEDITIONS, you can send your pets on expeditions. They're free.
- You choose the expedition's rarity and the ingredient you want. Each rarity needs a number of pets and lasts a certain time, which the app shows you before you send it.
- When it comes back, the expedition brings that ingredient, of its rarity or a lower one. How many it brings is based on probability, and the app shows you the probabilities before you send it.
- The zones for each rarity are unlocked with trips of the previous rarity. Slots for more trips at the same time are bought with biscuits.
- Ingredients are kept in your BACKPACK, with a limit per ingredient. They're only used for cooking.
- The mythic expedition is unlocked if you have a mythic pet, which travels alone. It has 2 modes, and both always bring the same thing, with no probabilities: fixed ingredients, or a fixed amount of DOGE to your MINED total. The app shows you what it brings and how long it lasts before you send it.
4.8 The kitchen
- In the KITCHEN you turn ingredients into dishes, with your recipes. Each recipe says which ingredients and dishes it uses.
- You have up to 4 kitchens. The first one is free; the others, and leveling them up, are bought with biscuits. Each kitchen cooks dishes of its level or lower, and each dish takes a certain time.
- Cooking doesn't use up your pets: the one in each kitchen is decorative, keeps mining and shortens the time a little based on its rarity.
- Dishes are kept in DISHES and are only used to feed the top dog (section 9).
- The first time you enter the kitchen you get a welcome gift, only once: some dishes, ingredients and biscuits that the app shows you.
5. Fair play
- Cheating isn't allowed: bots, programs that tap the screen on their own, modified apps, emulators, or multiple accounts on the same phone for the leaderboard.
- It's also not allowed to block or trick the ads to mine without watching them, or to take advantage of a game bug on purpose. If you find a bug, let us know.
- The Moon Station checks for signs of cheating and gives each account a suspicion score. We explain this in the Privacy Policy (section 7).
- Suspicious accounts can be left off the leaderboard and reviewed.
- If you use a VPN, you can play and give dishes to the top dog, but you don't appear on the leaderboard. The VPN flag is removed automatically after 7 days without a VPN.
- If several accounts use the same phone, only the first one that used it counts on the leaderboard.
- Mining is never paused automatically: a person reviews the account. If they confirm cheating, they can:
- keep you off the leaderboard;
- take away what you got by cheating (DOGE, biscuits, pets, ingredients, dishes, recipes, kitchens, or the XP and levels you added with the top dog);
- leave your DOGE requests unsent (section 4.6);
- if the cheating is serious or repeated, close your account: it's deleted with everything, as section 17 of the Privacy Policy explains. If we close your account for cheating, or if you delete your account, from the app or by email, while you're off the leaderboard for confirmed cheating, that phone won't be able to appear on the leaderboard with another account for 12 months.
- Before taking something away from you or closing your account, we'll let you know with a message inside the app, with the reason. You can give us your side of the story by writing to support@dogecoin.cloud.
- If you think you were left off the leaderboard by mistake, write to us. A person will review your case.
6. Biscuits
- Biscuits are the currency of the shop and of the kitchen: you use them to buy pets, recipes, kitchens, your kitchens' levels and expedition slots. They can only be used inside the game.
- Biscuits never buy ingredients. In the shop you can buy some dishes with biscuits, at a fixed price and with nothing left to chance, and get others for 1 ad. The top dog no longer eats biscuits.
- You get them from missions. You can also buy them (section 7).
- The DOGE in your MINED total is never used in the shop, in the kitchen or with the top dog, and biscuits don't turn into DOGE.
- Biscuits have no value outside the game: they can't be exchanged for money or moved to another account.
- Prices in biscuits are shown in the shop and on each pet's card. In the shop, common pets are free, with 1 ad. From its card, a pet that isn't in the shop that day costs three times as much (a common one, 60 biscuits). Mythic pets are bought with real money in the shop, or with 21,999 biscuits from their card (only the ones of the current month).
- Biscuits don't expire as long as your account exists.
7. Purchases with real money
Buying is optional: you can play the whole game without paying. If you buy, these rules apply:
- With real money, you can only buy biscuits (the currency of the shop and of the top dog) and mythic pets, at a fixed price and through Google Play.
- There are no loot boxes: before paying, you know exactly what you're getting. Ingredients can't be bought with money or with biscuits; dishes can only be bought with biscuits, in the shop, at a fixed price.
- Biscuit pack: 2,100 biscuits for USD 0.99.
- Mythic: USD 2.99. The mythic on sale changes over time, and the shop shows you which one it is. You get the mythic the shop was showing you when you paid. If the shop changes right at that moment, we'll let you know before charging you. A mythic also unlocks the mythic expedition, which always brings the same thing (section 4.7).
- The final price, in your currency and with taxes, is the one Google Play shows you before you confirm the payment.
- You can't buy a pet you already have: the shop shows you "OWNED".
- You pay with Google Play. We don't see your card. Google Play's terms also apply.
- What you buy is game content and has no value outside the game. It gives you permission to use it on your account: it can't be moved to another account or exchanged for money.
- If you paid and didn't receive what you bought, write to us with your Google Play order number (it's in Google's confirmation email). We'll review it and deliver it to you, or help you with the refund.
- Refunds follow Google Play's rules: in the first 48 hours you can request one on Google Play; after that, write to us at support@dogecoin.cloud. This doesn't take away the rights that Peru's Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor) gives you.
- If Google Play gives you back the money for a biscuit pack, we take those biscuits away, up to the ones you have. We don't take away what you bought with them (pets, dishes, recipes, kitchens and slots), except a mythic pet bought with biscuits after you paid for that pack: if you don't have enough biscuits, we take away the last one you bought that way (as when a mythic pet is refunded: its expedition and the DOGE it brought) and give you back in biscuits what's left of its price.
- If Google Play gives you back the money for a mythic pet, we take that mythic pet away, even if you have it equipped or it's on an expedition. If it's traveling, that expedition ends and is deleted, without bringing anything. The DOGE that mythic brought to your MINED total is also taken away. A mining session that has already started doesn't change.
8. Ads
- To start mining and for some rewards, you'll watch rewarded ads. You always choose when to watch them.
- They're used like this:
- 1 to start mining;
- 1 for each free common pet;
- some missions may ask you to watch ads.
- Before watching ads, a window tells you how many you'll watch and what for. If you tap DECLINE, nothing happens. If you tap ACCEPT, the ad starts.
- Only an ad that you watch all the way through and that the Moon Station confirms counts.
- If an ad doesn't load within 10 seconds, mining doesn't start and you'll see: "No ads available right now. Try again later."
- An ad you watched all the way through stays saved for 1 hour: if mining didn't start (for example, because the internet went down), next time you don't have to watch it again.
- Each ad counts for only one thing: if it was already used to start mining, it doesn't count for a mission.
- The ads are placed by Google AdMob and Unity. We ask only for ads that are suitable for teens, but we don't choose each ad. If you see one that isn't appropriate, let us know the brand or the name of the ad.
- The biscuits and pets you get with an ad are only part of the game and have no value outside it.
9. The season's top dog and the leaderboard
- Every 60 days a new top dog arrives, at 6:00 PM, Peru time. That period is the top dog season.
- You feed it with the dishes you cook (section 4.8). Giving it a dish can't be undone: that dish is spent.
- Each dish gives experience (XP), more the higher its rarity. With XP you go up in level, with no limit. The top dog screen shows you how much XP each dish gives and how much you need for the next level.
- Each day, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the top dog has cravings: one dish of each rarity, the same for everyone. Those dishes give double XP that day.
- Your level gives you more mining power, up to a maximum that the top dog screen shows. What each level gives can change during the season.
- The level that counts is the one you have when you start mining: if it changes during a session, that session stays the same.
- Your streak goes up each day you give it at least 1 dish and goes down by 1 each day you don't. Each day of streak adds a little XP to each dish, up to a maximum that the app shows.
- Your level doesn't drop because of hunger.
- When the top dog season ends, the levels and the leaderboard go back to 0. You keep the medal from each season that ended as a souvenir, in your Profile. The dishes you didn't give it stay in DISHES.
- The leaderboard is for the top dog season. It's sorted by your level. If two players have the same level, the one with more XP goes first. If they also have the same XP, the one who got there first goes first.
- The top 100 and your own rank are shown. For each player in the top 100, the nickname, the country (2 letters), their level (with that level's medal) and their streak are shown.
- These accounts don't appear on the leaderboard: those that used a VPN in the last 7 days, those marked as suspicious, those that weren't the first to use a phone, those that use the phone of an account closed for cheating, or of an account its owner deleted while it was off the leaderboard for confirmed cheating (section 5), and those the administrator removed from the leaderboard for confirmed cheating. Even if you don't appear, you can give dishes to the top dog and your level still helps you mine.
- Your rank on the leaderboard doesn't give you anything: it's for comparing. What helps you mine is your level.
- If you give us permission, the app notifies you on your phone when the top dog wants new food: at most once a day and never at night, based on your phone's time. You can turn this off with NOTIFICATIONS, in SETTINGS (the gear icon in Profile), or in your phone's settings.
10. Your data
- We store your email, your nickname, your country, data about your phone, when you open the game and your activity in the game, so that the game works and to prevent cheating. If you save it, we also store your BSC address (BEP20), and your DOGE requests.
- Everything is explained in the Privacy Policy. In the app, it's in Profile: tap SETTINGS (the gear icon) and then PRIVACY AND TERMS. Online, it's at https://dogecoin.cloud/en/privacidad.
11. Stopping play and deleting your account
- You can stop playing whenever you want.
- You can delete your account from the app: in Profile, tap SETTINGS (the gear icon at the top right), then "DELETE MY ACCOUNT", type DELETE and confirm. It's deleted instantly.
- If you no longer have the app, see how to request deletion at https://dogecoin.cloud/en/delete-account.
- Deleting your account can't be undone: you lose your pets, your biscuits, your level with the top dog and your mined DOGE, including what you bought. If you had a pending DOGE request, it's deleted with your account and won't be sent.
- Uninstalling the app doesn't delete your account. But if you don't open the game for 24 months, we delete it with everything, including what you bought.
- The details are in section 17 of the Privacy Policy.
12. The game's content
- Doge Idle Mining's pets, drawings, sounds, texts and own code belong to whiteC. The app also uses the VT323 font and open-source programs, which belong to their authors and are used under their licenses.
- We give you permission to use the app and play, for yourself. You can't copy the app, sell it, modify it or use its drawings outside the game without our permission.
13. Failures and availability
- The game needs internet and the Moon Station. There may be pauses for maintenance or because of failures.
- If you lose something because of a game failure (a session, biscuits, your level with the top dog or a purchase), write to us. We'll review it using the Moon Station's records.
- If a failure prevents feeding the top dog, we can forgive that day's hunger for everyone: that day, nobody's bar or streak goes down.
- Nothing in these terms frees us from being responsible when Peruvian law says we must be.
14. Changes to the game and to these terms
- We can change the game and these terms. If the terms change, we'll let you know with a message inside the app 15 days before they take effect, and we'll tell you what's changing. If the change is important, we'll ask you to accept it again.
- We can adjust game numbers (for example, bonuses, missions, expeditions, recipes, cooking times or the top dog's numbers) to fine-tune the game. The changes don't take away the pets, recipes or kitchens you already have.
- If you don't agree with a change, you can stop playing and delete your account, with no penalty.
15. Complaints
- Write to us at support@dogecoin.cloud. We'll answer you within 15 business days at most.
- You can also turn to Indecopi.
16. Applicable laws
- These terms are governed by the laws of Peru.
- Nothing they say takes away the rights given to you by the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor, Law 29571) and the Personal Data Protection Law (Ley de Protección de Datos Personales, Law 29733).
